ram air maybe, im bored and thinking lol
i was thinking maybe puttin my stock air box back on...taking my flex pipe from my cai and cuttin it so it fits into the bottom grill of my tibby buying a k&n filter to put in the air box and cutting part of my cone filter and putting it in the tube for extra filteration(big words that i cant spell) and thus it would kind of have a ram air effect because when your driving you would be forcing air to go into the tube from the bottom grill??

All of those filters would kill the "ram air" effect.
In order for ram air to work, you need to have a pressurised airbox...so using the stock airbox is a good idea, but the opening into the stock airbox is rather small, and inconvienently located to get ram air to it, unless you remove the headlight.
Moving the air intake to the lower grill just ensures a long, complicated air path, which eliminates any "ram air" effect you might get/try to get.
The other option is to cut a scoop into your hood to get ram air, but the scoops location would look rather silly.
