I have been looking for a short ram air intake for my 2005 Tib and believe the Weapon R secret weapon intake is the way to go but on their web site it states for 2003-04 Tib. There should be no difference in installation for a 2005 I believe. Does anyone know of any potential problem? Thanks snyper1ad

i'm sure you should have no problem... differences between the 03/04 - 05 is mostly cosmetic

I dont know a lot about the GKs but with the RDs a cai is better, the ram air sucks in hot air and isnt weapon the company that fuses air and boosts it with their special filter of something like that lmao.gif

But with the cai arent there some potential water problems? Plus Ive read independant reviews where the secret weapon on 2003+ tibs have gooten upto 17hp increases at the 3500rpm range. How is the performance on the cai's rate compared?

those type of numbers on a ram air are way over exaggerated...

you're lucky to get 12 HP from an AEM CAI
