I'm talking to the tech guys from HoseTechniques, and they said they don't make an upper hose for our cars yet because there's not enough demand.

I guess they need at least 50 to cover tooling costs.

Is there another hose from a more popular ride that will fit? I was thinking the Mitsu 4-cylinder might fit....

Anyone know for sure?

*EDITED*
Okay, now I'm seeing if he'd be down to do group buys if we get enough interest.

They last a lot longer and insulate heat better. Plus they come in lots of hot colors for all of your rice needs!

haha

Anyway, they said they won't start new product until early '05 - so this isn't going to be a right-away kind of thing.

1. I'm interested.

2. There is another company out there that makes that hose for us in colors allready, I saw them on Ebay not too long ago for the V6, and they also have them for the I4, after emailing them. They were like 40 bucks a piece though.

No thanks. Not for that price.

I would be in if they were in the $20 range.

I should be able to save up that much by 05. Not too sure though wink.gif
