From: Burlington Iowa, where theres just as many tractors on the road as cars.

it seems the rpms dont come down right when i let off the clutch. kinda hangs for 1/4 or half a second. is this normal?

THIS THREAD has a more detailed answer but yes, it is normal. btw, search for "rpm drop" and that thread comes right up.
