why don't you take your pulleys off man? If you have some kind of impact device you should do it easily.

instead of trying to get two different sets made...

get one set so we can have a LARGER group buy...

Just make people switch out their dam belt.

You would need to have an additional pulley made (the one behind the water pump)

Just a suggestion...

that is what I was saying. From what I read, the only difference is some years have a keyslot on the shaft, and some do not. If they made them all with the slot, those without it could just not use it. No loss

Here's the deal guys, I've got a RD1 here and 2 RD2's here. I will get all these pulleys off this week and we will see what's up FOR SURE.

I will take measurements and such and draw them up in Autocad 2005 if someone can make them.

The expense of getting this started thru UR isn't worth it in my opinion. If no one can do them, I'll get them done locally at a machine shop for myself and locals.

The CRANK PULLEY is the same for all of us.

The water pulley may be the same, I don't know yet. But for SURE, we will know soon.

that would be good. send me that and I'll check what I can do here.
And if you also include weight of stock pulleyes it would be great!
