It's crazy that people junk Hyundai's when the motors or trannies blow. All they need is like $300 for the tranny or motor, and about 5hrs of time to swap them.

are you doing all that just to swap the tranny? I did mine with the motor still in.

got 150k and its been good to me so i think it deserves a rebuild

well i decided to actually do somethin to it since its been 2 or 3 weeks since i pulled it

took off the trans, timing belt, valve cover, a/c, alternator, clutch, flywheel, and some other stuff

then i realized my 14mm deep socket is missing so i had to stop (cant pull the oil pan off with the header still on ...)

im gonna go pick up a engine holder probably today so i can actually take apart the rest of it
