Hey folks I hate to bring up an old thread, but does anyone know where I can get some urethane, or solid motor and tranny mounts for my 2001 Tibby? The after market mounts just don't seem to last.

SFR or kspec

but truthfully, spend the extra fifty bucks and get them in the yaya full kit. found that our the hard way but i was able to use both sets.

200 just for the motor mounts of 250 for a whole kit that includes the motor mounts bushings. the yaya kit you have to press them in your motor mount housings, but if you have a press of some sorts, it will be a breeze.

KJB has the solid ones also.

Urson, do you mean like this kit has the engine mounts in it also?
here

Ive been looking at that kit but its expensive. But if I can sell the engine mounts it may be worth it.

ok, here is a pic of what we have been talking about, the motor mounts and the full yaya bushing kit. I was wrong, the yaya kit dont not come with the motor mount bushings but i swore at one time i thought they did cause i felt for some reason i used money for something i didnt need.

all the polys together.

probably the reason why i cant find the other bushings i thought i had. yes, all hyundai go fast parts, lol. (sorry for the OT)

^hahaha my shed outside looks just like that. like a bunch of weird cheap plastics, wires, and screws. nice.

yeah i need some too. mine is cracked at the same time i don't have money to spend on them. yes it is worth it so your engine doesn't shake and rock back and fourth during driving.

Damn... Install the high mount spoiler and the GT tech lip mang! I can't believe you have so many unfinished projects.

i might be able to make some nice urethane bushings provided someone takes some measurements. on my baja team we made our own polyurethane bushings this year, and they turned out pretty good.
