This thread inspired me to get out the hacksaw and custom piping and make this "maaaaaaad" cold air intake.

the only think i can think of is lightweight wheels but that might be a wash (lighter parts can cause the engine to rev faster increasing wear)

Never rains here in the desert. Its actually really sick I think. It is engineered as far as you can do it and the intake temps have been very consistent at 72.6-86 degrees while the motor is at 194 and the ambient air temp is 76 degrees.

I am sorry I offended you guys.

WHAT!? ARE YOU BLIND?!? THAT LOOKS GOD-AWFUL. I can't imagine that this has actually done anything for the vehicles performance (higher hp, faster 1/4 mile, etc) and you have made your car look like complete garbage. This is the exact type of crap that (fill in the blank non-import vehicle owners) call "rice" and associate with others that own these types of cars. You sir have not only offended, but you have publicly embarrassed us all.

Burn your car, while you sit in it.
