Default Plug wires

Just looking at all the options as I need to replace my stock ones before long.

I know SR carries the Spitfires, I also know we have some from Magnacore, NGK and the KORE wires.

Which from experience, seem to have the fewest problems, as I know there were issues with nology wires, and the NGK are a smaller core, which of these should be the best and like I said have the fewest problems.

well, don't get SH*Tfires. magnecores are the best. there's no question about it. i'm running autozone oem replacements. i think they're going bad after about 7,000 miles. when i need new wires, i'm going magnecore all the way. magnecores don't have problems. the ngk wires are just another oem replacement. i was gonna do a group buy with these a while back, but i'm kinda glad it fell through, because i realized that for the money, it wasn't worth it.

I've only heard of ONE problem with Magnacore wires. The "boot" stuck to the metal sleeve in the spark plug cylinder. In attempting to remove the plug wires, the "boot" ripped leaving part of itself inside.

Other than that...I've never heard anything bad about magnacore's

I almost went thru that, last weekend, I changed my plugs, and OMG there was 1 freaking boot, that no matter what I did it wouldn't come off... and I DO use all the oils that are supposed to be put on the plug for this not to happen, but still did... I had to turn back and forth the boot, then pulled it with a vicegrip, and finally came off.. suicide

Ok so no to NGK and Spitfire, Magnacore are good but have one minor issue, how about the KORE wires? Anyone with experience with them?

Yuri, I'm assuming you know their quality maybe?

For my 2-cents worth, Magnecor leads (wires) are the best & most trouble -free I`ve ever fitted.
They last forever & you`ll probably notice a performance increase!.
