Good luck actually getting anything from HDK...it's VERY hit or miss...usually miss.

Crower makes rods for the Tiburon.
HKS I believe has pistons.
Arias also makes forged pistons.

These are just a few places to get you searching. Red and Random will have MUCH more extensive listings.

Hey now wait a minute...

What are you wanting these for? More normally-aspirated horsepower, or more turbo horsepower?

Very important question!

Ahhh, see now that changes the whole story smile.gif Everyone was wanting to sell you low compression pistons, but I had an odd feeling you were wanting something different.

For higher compression pistons, you'll have to go to RPW in Australia (http://www.rpw.com.au) and get a set there. You can also contact Ross Racing Pistons at (310) 536-0100 and ask for Darius (pronounced Der-I-us) and he can make you a custom set. But to be honest, while I WOULD trust Ross to make lower compression pistons, I'm not sure they know enough about the combustion chamber shape to make higher compression pistons. Still, you coul ask...

Unless you're going for more than 300 horsepower, you can keep the stock rods. And rings almost always come with whatever pistons you bought...

If you want to run a huge dose of nitrous, try this instead: Have Ross make you a set of forged STOCK pistons. The 10.3:1 compression will work just fine with nitrous, but you'll need the stronger material to put up with higher power output.

You can then have your intake manifold "modified" for a direct-port nitrous system; placing a pair of nitrous and fuel nozzles in each intake runner. Using a pressure-regulated progressive controller with the secondary fuel nozzles, you can probably spray 100-150 progressively with just the new pistons and nothing else (internally)

It's still an expensive setup (probably $2000 for the entire deal) but it would be pretty badass
