Default Piggy back computer choices

So is there a current agreement on what piggyback unit is the "best".

I was all hot and heavy about the smt-6, but I noticed that no body had figured out how to control their timing. Dave at RPW recommended the Greddy E-Manage. Has anyone seen this unit.

No one has gotten the SMT-6 working with ignition timing. No one has gotten the e-manage working with ignition timing yet.

The only product I know of for sure that folks have gotten to work on our ignitions is the MSD lineup. (DIS-2, DIS-2 HO and Programmable DIS-2).

For fueling, most seem to go with the S-AFC.

I thought the DIS-2 lineup was just a booster box with limited ability to retard timing. Is there another MSD piece of equipment that you can advance timing throughout the powerband?

I'm planing on using an S-afc and a MSD dis-2 unit. I figure i get a top notch ignition in the process.
