Phantom Grip LSD
Has any body had expirience with these?
I've heard good and bad, but want to hear from people that have/had 1 in their car.

one of the guys on HP.com (rudi?) completed an accent beta swap about 2002 and complained about bad torque steer. so when i had the beta swap done about 2003 i included the PG LSD as well. i was very happy. no torque steer at all.
then i had the turbo added about 2005 (250 whp). still no torque steer, and balanced wheelspin/launches at the drag strip...
i've had problems with my transmission...first the throw out bearing disintegrating, and now the 2nd gear synchro grinds a bit. but never had any problems with the PG.
i know a lot of people on different car forums dump on the PG LSD, but i've been happy. and i'm planning on putting one in my new hobby car as well (merkur xr4ti).
i don't do autocross, so i can't comment if it works well there....
edit...i also recall reading a few years ago on one of the forums...hyundai aftermarket?... that the hyundai differential is weak...if you buy a quaiffe lsd, you're buying a new upgraded differential, whereas the PG is just an insert into the (weak) hyundai differential...so when people complain about problems with the PG, it may actually be a reflection on the OEM differential, rather than the PG insert...
