Re: Ebay problem
Eh, not me, if they are 60MM, we have one we can get for that, that works with or without cruise, and you don't have to swap parts.
Let us know if you change your mind to do a 70MM Run.

What 1 can you get for $200 :?:
This price is not firm as yet (just a guide) and neither is the size (could be 62mm).

Well, I got my Rside Adjustable for $200 shipped, but it was used. But also, I got it and didn't have to replace or swap any parts at all.
62MM is just too small of a change, that's why we want a 70MM again. Rside won't make them unless they get an order for 100 or more of them for tooling.
As it stands, most of the Rsides go for $289 shipped, and most of the Tigerlilly's go for $249 shipped.

Re: 1000hp RD2 *NEW PICS*
As I said, my price isn't set yet. It may be less, but won't be any more than $200.
Changing the pulley over is a simple step as I'm sure you know.
Another thing is that the shaft in mine will be bearing mounted, not bushing mounted like the OEM TB, which means that it will move very freely.

Re: Poll: Riciest mod on a car
Sounds good Col... Whether you make 'em 60 or 62mm... I'm easy!!
The IM will need to be bored out either way won't it?
Col, will the TB be 60mm (or 62) at the butterfly? If so, will you be making it so that it tapers in toward the butterfly? It supposedly helps build the velocity of the airflow... I could be wrong though.

Yes, the IM will need to be bored to get the most benifit from the TB. You can do it yourself with a die grinder if you can't get a machine shop to do it for you. Some people say that they've done it with the IM still on the engine, but I don't like that idea.
Yes, the bore will be 60 -> 62mm at the butterfly, and will taper in from 68mm at the front.

Re: What is the best way to start with an automatic......??
Forgive me Col, but I'm a little confused and want to make sure I get this straight. The throttle body will start off at 68mm and work it's way to 62mm in front of the buttlerfly and go down to 60mm after it..Is that what you meant??
