When I was looking into a CAI, I believe I found I had the Rev A. IS there another way to tell. I'll check the stickies right now.

I found this:

Q: What is a "Rev A" Tiburon? Do I have one, and if I do, what does this mean?

A: If you own a 1997 model year Tiburon, then this is for you. Otherwise, you have nothing to worry about. What a Rev A Tib consists of is an Evap canister (for the fuel vapors) that is placed behind the left side fog light making it impossible for the placement of an AEM (or any knock-off) cold air intake system. (after 1997, this Canister was moved to the rear of the vehicle)

Role, I edited my last post above. It looks like it is a Rev A.

I don't see a canister (my Bronco's looks like an actual black coffee can). I just have the air filter box and connecting wires etc. but nothing immediately under the filter box.

The Sticky still seems like it's a Rev A due to it being a 1997.

EDIT! My underhood vacuum diagram shows a canister and actually says the word "canister" on it.

***Going back to work for a few hours. I'm looking forward to any help you can give, thanks again.***

OK, I'm back from work!!!!

Any ideas RR?

Someone mentioned that if the cam pos. sensor reads a magnet in/on the camshft, it may have become dislodged. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Does the sensor get it's signal from a magnet?
