Ok.
My Engine Oil - 3.5 Litres Castrol Syntec 10W30, with 0.5 Litres Lucas Oil Stabilizer.
My Gear Oil - 1.5 Litres Castrol Syntec 75W90 Gear Oil, with 0.5 Litres Lucas Oil Stabilizer.

When I replaced my oil (and filter BTW) it took all of 4 litres and still not quite to the full mark...
other then that, pretty much everyone out here uses 5w30 for winter and 10w30 for summer. we also get -40.
