Use Auto-RX and your oil burning will most likely stop completely.

Go to www.auto-rx.com

Try the product and post with feedback. Good luck!

Not a drop, and unlike you I drive my car hard, high revs on a daily basis. 82,500 miles and 5w30 dino oil, although I'm stocked up on synthetic and about ready to switch.

Do some research on Marvel Mystery Oil. I'm sold on that stuff. Amazing results in both my vehicles.

What kind of oil have you been using throughout your car's life?

I have about 180,000 km on my 2000 Tib and I don't have to add any oil between changes. I am currently using Amsoil synthetic and go anywhere from 6,000 to 12,000 km between changes. The car was run on regular mineral oil for about the first 100,000 km.

the valve stem seals on the betas wear out after 75000, its actually a very common hyundai problem, its gotten better over the years up to now. i've been told that hyundai changed the seal material and that they wont wear out as fast or if at all in the newer 2005+ hyundai's

Before I killed my Tib back in July, she burned no oil at all. I had been using Mobil 1 since 3000 miles on the clock and she had just passed 137,000 miles when an accident took her from me.

I will admit that I drove that car hard, often hitting redline (but not the limiter) several times a day. She always gave me over 30mpg and I was often lax in changing the oil, sometimes 3000 miles, sometimes as high as 6000 miles between changes. Only on those extreme milage changes did I see any loss of oil, then usually less than a quart

Heh heh...didn't realize it was you KR.

Have you tried LC20? I find that ARX works great on most chemical build ups, but not all. Maybe you'll get lucky?
