Default OBD II or III
WHich one does the 2001 Elantra have and has anyone put an aftermarket Ignition on it? Or similar vehicle. Was wondering if the OBD II or III messed with the ignition retard feature of the MSD Dis 2 or any other retard device. Thanks.

I think it's just funny to read the words "retard device". Personally I didn't know that we even had OBD III yet.

I don't think OBD-III is out untill 2004.

The DIS-2 works with our stock coils and stock computer.
