Default O2 sensor placement

My exhaust system goes as: Headers, flex pipe, cat, to muffler

I have one O2 sensor in the headers and my second right before my flex pipe. Is that wrong? The second one is supposed to go after that cat right? Would my current setup affect my air to fuel ratio or anything?
