Looks good...
I hope it doesn't rain a lot where you live.
Be prepared to clean your filter often, looks like you're doing the D.O.T. a favor by vacuuming up the dust off the road.
Let us know if you like the way it works.
Enjoy

Like the piping. Good color and looks like a professional job.

However, I would highly recommend raising that filter up a bit. It will get wet with rain and water splashing up when you run over puddles. Not only that, the wind friction and the risk of hitting a bump knocking the filter off. Also, since you don't have a bypass valve, you enhance that risk. Raise it up (not a big deal), and get the AEM bypass valve and you should be good to go.

better watch out for stuff in the road, like trash, dog, other small or large animals. cause if you hit a rabbbit or somthing that filter is done. or if plastic or paper gets wraped arround it. your done.

thanks, all. i got everything [except the filter] at lowes. i've thought about the height issue on the filter. till i can get it in the fender well, i think i'm going to leave it down for a while and see what happens. it is just too hot anywhere in the engine bay. we haven't had any rain here for a month, but i will have to check the filter often [like every time i gas up]. i didn't get to run it last night [too many beers] but this morning it ran real well. i like the sound. as for hp, probably not but it seemed like i had better overall throttle response.
