Just mount in in the back behind the rear bumper. That's where they are on all "normal" tiburons.

It's not "hard" but it is time consuming. There is a lot of hosing and electrical wiring that needs to be routed to relocate it. you MIGHT be able to get away with relocating it "behind" the front wheel in the fenderwell rather than in front of the front wheel in the fenderwell. There is not quite as much room, but it should fit there, and the wireing/tubing would not have to be extended that far.
