That's right they're here, and they're from Megan. Cat's outta the bag on that one smile.gif The only changes in the header from the prototype is the placement of some of the welds, and the fact that these come with a gasket for the head, and a gasket for the 2 bolt flange below! AND they have a Bung plug!

Anyway, they're all sitting at Megan Racing shipping out already! So order away guys. I cant very well get into the back of Megan Racing with a camera to show all of the boxes, as all you can see for 1000s of feet is shelves with boxes, and I have no right to take pics of stuff that isn't mine. They do other work for companies that I'm sure would rather keep their manufacturer under wraps, just like me and Bill have done with these. But they're here, no more need to keep that info out of it. They have a nice Megan badge on em, and they're sexy as ever. Here's the pics! Enjoy guys, this was all worth it, after a few years I finally got what I've been working for!

good god those are hot.

especially nice since they are equal length and hug the block.

i do have one MINOR suggestion though.. throw in a set of stainless nuts for the header, so people that live in rust prone areas don't have rust from the nuts ruining there nice new SS headers.

Same header fits all tiburons 96-08. I think only the 05+ guys need to mess with their flex pipe. But for 300 bucks who can't afford to pay a muffler shop 50 bucks to cut their pipe and reweld the flange for a perfect fit. The flange on the 05+ actually sites right under the front cat, so its facing up towards the sky, not towards the front bumper like everyone else's. KFX adds shipping since they're site isn't under recent construction like mine. I'll be all set in about 4 weeks, but for now, my damn shipping charges aren't calculated. Its the same exact price from either of us.

Socks I'll stop by a hardware store and see, but metric stuf like that in stainless is rare unless you go to a specially store. If I find one locally, I'll buy a bunch and sell them as an option. I dont work fo free suckas wink1.gif Good suggestion though, I know at least I'll be doing that on my car.

i got my SS nuts from ACE hardware.. i think it was like 1$ for each nut, so 9$.. if you buy an entire box of like 1000, they might give ya a discount. add on like 10$ to the header price and you will be good to go.

even nickle plated nuts wont rust and would be cheaper.

if the headers are 279$, another 10$ is nothing, especially when ya wont have to deal with the rusting nuts.

for the convenience of being included in the package and the fact alot of people live in rust prone areas it would be a good bonus for the buyer IMO.

i forget the thread size of the manifold bolts, but if you go to bolt depot theres a bunch of metric sizes and you can get them in bulk which even the biggest size comes out to ~.28 per nut.

they have a few diff styles too.

nylon locking SS nuts 245$ for 1000 10mm x 1.5- 25 cents a piece

flanged SS nuts 429$ for 1000 10mm x 1.5- 43 cents a piece

standard SS hex nuts 200$ for 1000 10mm x 1.5- 20 cents a piece
