The stock o2 sensor is not very good. It is a HORRIBLE indicator of Air/Fuel Mixture/ratio.
You need a wide band o2 sensor. They run from $200 to $500 plus the custom gauge/display needed to read the signal. Wide band o2 sensors run from 1V to 5V (some from 1V to 10V), stock o2 sensors run from .1V to .9V. So you need a custom gauge/display.
Do an internet search on "wide band o2". You should find many options/companies offering products. Needless to say, try to stick with a local company near you or in your country. If you have problems with it, it will make things 1000x easier.
