Shyloh just bought this, along with the SR headers (I think 4-2-1), and found out that the exhaust was about 6" too short. You will have to have a small pipe welded in somewhere to extend the exhaust 6"
That exhaust does NOT have a cat, it is a "cat back". You would have to either relocate your cat, or replace your cat with a high flow unit.

hows the muffler on that exhaust? i like that its mandrel bent...i think i wanna put in the SR 4-2-1's, then get that, but also have the muffler replaced with a more show type muffler...like apexi or super racing medallion...i dunno...
any suggestions?
oh and IMO get the high flow cat with that exhaust... wink

I'll be doing the same thing....actually just payed for the MBRP friday...have to wait to order headers though.
I wonder if a small piece of flex exhaust tube would work...would be nice since i have some extra laying around...hmmmm...I'm sure it won't 'cause that would be too easy.. frown

well I have the mbrp speedstate exhaust, 4-1 headers and high-flow cat. Acutally it works out pretty good, cause the cat will close the distance between the exhaust and headers.
you can check out some pics of what I did at

hope it helps, if you have any questions, just email me or post.

I think that file is only the catback though. I want to hear it with intake/headers/highflow cat/MBRP exhaust. I bet the thing must GROWL! hehehe....
