I just got a 2001 hyundai tiburon a few months ago and im ready to put some modifications on it. I was wondering how approximately how many horse powers do i gain from putting on the MBRP exhaust system, and also if there is another exhaust system that someone recomends, and how much horse power it adds.

Default MBRP Catback Exhaust System

http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?name=PN...340913798266ee1 Youll find everything there..

And you wont gain much if anything w/out atleast an intake modification..

Very good Iamcyclops.

He hit it on the nose.

BTW, the MBRP is being discontinued and there are only like 2 left.

There are many other systems out there, but the answer is the same.

another quick question about this... im looking a lot around at other people talking about exhausts, and for example the greddy evo, or magnaflow, well im looking around and it doesn't show me that it fits the 2001 tiburon, so whats up? do you just have it custom installed? or how is it done?

They are talking about Mufflers or Cats, not full exhausts.

yea man.... someone on here has an exhaust setup from an EVO but i think it was all custom done. OBX makes an exhaust for us that i heard wasnt too bad at all.... i think its just personal preference. I myself have a Magnaflow Muffler that i love..... great sound and its straight through so no real restriction there.
