The highest MAF reading I have seen turbo was 25.7 Pounds per minute....and that threw a CEL.(MAF signal voltage was not clamped sufficently by uni-chip)

The Highest I have seen with N/A is 21.1 Pounds per mintue, this did NOT throw a CEL. (gotta love that Random Special).

Somewhere between those 2 readings is the Max the ECU will accept from the MAF.

So if I went with the Non-SAFC route to begin, would I have to find some way of clamping the mafs system? That sounds dangerous, since I'm limited to the stock injector flow with just a higher fuel pressure. That seems like a recipie for "lean".

Or should I just plan on keeping the boost down to that level for starters . . .

thanks for all the info,
ac
