What are your opinions on this? I've heard good and bad things, but no real proof. I was thinking of picking up some to add to the oil in my motor and trans.

If your transmission is an automatic, never put anything in it but the OEM fluid. For all other serious oil questions, the forum to search is Bob is the Oil Guy.

I've used it. It made my Bronco's oil so foamy and the engine so noisy I drained the oil in less than a week.
I've seen evidence that if exposed to gears it traps bubbles. Right down to just hooking an electric drill to their little demonstration thing with the oil that climbs the gears.
Between my personal experience and the evidence I've seen, I would never put it in any of my vehicles, or recommend it to anyone. Some people think it does great things, and in some cases it might.

Do not use it unless your car is burning oil. I think that stuff was what killed off my hydraulic lash adjusters. Also they have a specific fluid for transmissions. Make sure you get the super thin version not the real thick kind for your transmission. Once again only use it if you have major issues already. Don't use it on healthy cars.
