Redz, they actually did fit, got it in today, i just had to pull the two metal prongs a little close together. The width of the LED was fine, it was the end to end.

I think you could actually probablly go with a bulb with more LEDS

 

Almost anything can be modified to fit anything man. LOL

Post up some pics when you get a chance, with the cover removed too. I'd like to see how much room you have for that board.

I sometimes have to use mine while driving, and you'd think that too bright would actually be bad.

 

Here is the only good pic i could get Redz, I tried to get a pic of how bright it is at night, that didn't work out to good...So i didn't post it. But it is bright enough so you can see everything better, it looks better, and it shouldn't blind you driving down the road....IMO......I had another good pic, but it wouldn't show up for some reason.

I've never seen that light before. I'm assuming this is adome light in the center of the car roof and that you don't have a sunroof? The sunroof ones, I bet ya the bulb wouldn't fit.

 

Yeah, no sunroof, its the dome light, I can't tell if it would fit in the map lights, I ain't ever even seen a rd2 up close and personal.

I am sure the housing size of the light is a different size.
