Hello guys, I just got my KRD exhaust (the one I bought from 2001 SilverTib) put on my car a few hours back. The KRD had a crack in the resonator but was welded with no problem. Anyways, I took off the custom 2.25 exhaust that I had with some muffler I bought off ebay (forgot the name of it but it was from Korea). What a difference in sound. The KRD with 2.50 pipe, is much quieter than the my old custom exhaust. My custom had no resonator and I guess that's the difference. No more ricey tin can sound for me!! I was very surprised to see the larger KRD exhaust to be quieter than the smaller 2.25 custom! It also sounds deeper and pulls a little better. I just wanted to share this with you guys.

 

How much did you pay for it? Quick shipping? Quality (looks)?

 

Kick ass man, I'd like to see some pics. I can't wait to get my MBRP on.

 

2001Tib sold it to me usedfor $100 and I paid another $50 for shipping.

I got on it and I scared my wife with the acceleration...a good sighn. She liked the quieter, deeper sound. It really sounds awesome when you hit around +4000 rpms. No buzzing whatsoever. Best $150 I've spent yet.

thanks. i'm going 2.5 too. my best friend just got his greddy 2.5 and it sounds really nice. although, add headers, downpipe, cams, high flow cat, and CAI, and you will get a monster~!!

can we get an exhaust gb going sometime in jan or feb? i don't know about you guys... i'm looking for fancy as well as good. something james bondish...

 

Motoria (KRD) Last I heard they are stuck in customs, I'm just waiting for them to pass.

I think KRD (or Motoria) makes some quality stuff. I have the KRD 4-1 header and I love it. I have been looking at the KRD turbo manifold for my upcoming project.....but after tonight, I don't think it will work.
