I`m about to order Denso Iridium for a 1.5 DOHC Accent. Are they worth the extra monry? I have 8.8m accel wires.

I run the NGK Iridiums and have 60,000 on a set with little signs of wear. The NGK plugs are cheaper in price that the Denso.

I would go with NGK V-Power Copper. Copper is a better conductor than iridium. This means more spark.

Iridiums are better that platinum plugs, as Iridium is a better conductor than Platinum, but copper beats them both.

You may need to change copper spark plugs ever 20,000 miles, but at 1 buck each, they are still cheaper than the Iridium plugs at $8 to $10 each.

BTW...moving to ENGINE forum!
