Intake Manifold
I found the instructions at HMA service to change my intake to the onpol special, the only thing is one of the steps says to Relieve pressure in the fuel pipe line to prevent over flow before disconnecting the high pressure fuel hose. Anyone done this before and know what I'm talking about? smile.gif

You need to remove one end of the fuel pressure rail to get the IM off.
To remove fuel pressure, just yank the Fuel Pump fuze and crank the engine over for 15 or 20 seconds. That will remove all line pressure. Also/or just let the engine sit for about 1-2 hours. That will let it cool and will reduce line pressure. I've never had to do the fuze thing. I just waited 2 hours and the fuel lines were unpressureized when I remmoved them. Some fuel does dribble out, but it is about a shot glass's worth. Just have some rags handy to soak it up and don't smoke!!!
