^^ Do as RedZ said and spray some brake cleaner around where the intake manifold gasket is. If the engine revs up, its leaking. Quickest way to find a leak.

That's a mistake. Should have used a new gasket.
Do this, in this order.
1. Check the direction of your MAF as stated above. Then double check it. After you close the hood and start the car, stop it, open the hood, and check the arrow again. You'd be suprised how many folks here have said "IT"S NOT THE MAF" and then they take it in to Hyundai, and whups, the MAF.
2. Get a can of brake cleaner. Test your lines for a vaccum leak. Every point where a rubber vaccum line goes into your intake or your Airram, spray a bit of cleaner at it while the car is idling. If the idle speeds up, you've got a leak.
3. Do the same around the runner area to check for a leak of your gasket.
4. Do the same around the gasket between the upper and lower Airram halves.
You done any other work recently?

Interesting you should say that. I got a new throttle body with the manifold they were both replaced at the same. The BBTB is from Shark Racing. And I noticed before I installed it it seemed to, stick slightly when I turned the pulley, but I installed it anyway, but I wondered if I shouldn't have sanded around the inside of the BBTB where the opening closes. But it seemed to simple for such a complex problem.

This is the exact same problem me and Java are having with our BBTB ... And i'm still trying to solve it ..
Minus the CEL But i have the exact same prob .. I'm talking exact ..

What BBTB did you get from them? Shark Racing, good way to risk your money. LOL
Did you replace your TB to Airram Gasket?

Don't need to take a picture. Is the arrow on the black plastic pointing toward the IM? If it is, then its right.
You've got a CEL.. so what does it say? Autozone checks for free........
Its either:
1. You messed up the throttle body (the butterfly inside it could be sticking, etc.)
2. You messed up the MAF Sensor (Either you broke it or its alligned improperly)
3. Vacuum Leak (spray brake cleaner along the IM, if idle changes, shazaam you found the leak)

It did? It shouldn't have.
Anyways, you going to tell us about your MAF or any of the other things we said to go try?

There's no CEL it only came on for a day and shut off. But when it did come on it said TPS sensor.
*Mad Mod Edit* no double posting please..
It did, it was a thick bastard too. The MAF sensor is definately pointed the right way. I'm going to post the picture in my profile.

Ugh... if you didn't use a new gasket I'll bet you a fahzillion dollars you have a leak. It may not be causing the problems you have now, but I might be hindering you performance wise at least, or contributing to the problem.
CHECKLIST:
1. Check MAF
2. Spray brake cleaner along gaskets and lines, see if idle changes
3. Check the internals of the TB (butterfly, etc.)

So you're pretty sure it's a leak. I guess it probably is. Now I'm really thinking about that gasket that came with it. It was weird, probably about 3/8" thick, white, like plaster. They sell break cleaner at Wal-Mart.
