I am about 2000 miles overdue for a oil change I have never changed the pcv valve.

If it was a faulty O2 sensor, wouldn't it turn the CEL on?

And when my car does sit, I never notice any smoke or anything at start up. But its kind of hard to notice that right now with it being cold out.

I was planning on doing an oil change, spark plugs and cleaning my air filter out next weekend.

2000 miles overdue on a 3000 mile OCI means you're right on time to change the oil if you are using a good synthetic.

Ya I run Valvoline full synthetic, I akways change it between 5000-6000 miles. I will pick up a pcv valve sometime this week when I have time, working long hours right now.

Well I picked up a new pcv valve and some new spark plugs. I took the old pcv valve out and it still had some rattle to it, but it was going bad. Just going to drive it now and see what happens.
