hi, performance chip on ebay?

hey, has anyone checked out the performance chip being sold on ebay for the tiburon? is this real? does it work? or is it a fake?

I believe this is the same guy/girl who was auctioning off instructions on how to install a resistor in the temp sensor to throw off the voltage. Not a good idea
