Default Hey Random, about the different intake manifolds...........

Exactly what would be needed to put the older intake manifold on the new G4GC Beta? Other then the MAP sensor what else would need added? I want to put the older IM & TB on my 2001 Elantra and dyno it to see what the results would be. Read my dyno post also.....

You would need.

beta 1 Intake manifold
Beta 1 im support bracket (for just a dyno you MIGHT get away without this, but it would stress the IM bolts)
Beta 1 TB
Beta 1 Idle air bypass motor
Beta 1 intake elbow
tubing to connect IAB to IM and intake elbow

That should be it. I don't know how you would mount the MAP to the new IM, but I suppose you could try just doing it with a length of hosing, if the MAP sensor has a small nipple in the sensor side.
