so... (sorry to slide off topic) but im going to buy headers soon... (dont know if i want 4-1 or 4-2-1)... but i dont like this CEL thing at all... how many people have this problem?

i'd say half and half... but if you do everything correctly u shouldnt have cel

I'd even say less than %50. Most folks just don't hook up the 02 sensors right, or don't have another 02 bung put in if they need it.
