2 o2 sensors

4-2-1: slight increase to low end, large increase in midrange power, slight increase to top end.

4-1 slight loss/no change in low end power, slight increase to midrage, large increase in top end power.

Low end is 1000-2999 RPM
Midrange is 3000-4999 RPM
Top end is 5000-6750 RPM

also, my cat converter is right after the header, and I have cat back.... with the 4-2-1.. would I be able to leave my cat in there.. [well, my new high flow cat] cuz it seems like it bolts together, and has no room for a catty converter...

EDIT
----------------------

See how it looks like the exhaust pipping connects to the header? well my cat is between those two sections...

high flow cat has to be positioned further down... there is only one spot under my 1gen that has enough space for a cat.

drew what i will do is take some pics of my exhaust and send them to your email i NEED YOUR EMAIL for that

but here is and answer for now you are going to have to extend both of the 02 sensors the FRIST 02 sensor should go in the down pipe of the 4-2-1 header there should be a hole for this allready this way the 02 sensor is reading off of all the cylinders then your going ot have to take off the stock (second) cat and replace it with a OBDii style cat there should be a place to screw the second 02 sensor right after the cat then finish the exahust off with a resanator and a muffler and it should work but it is going to cost some money. whatever you do make sure that there is a OBDii stlye cat between the 02 sensors basiclly frist 02 sensor---OBDii cat---second 02 sensor
i will have the pics has soon as i have a email name to send them to

drew if you want the catback exhaust to fit then you have to keep the stock header setup because the 4-2-1 headers that sr's sells do not macth up with the stock piping what so ever there is about 7 to 12 inches between the end of the header to where the stock piping starts there for the only way to make sr's 4-2-1 headers to work is to have a little custom work done i will send you pics tomorrow there is not enough light outside right now for the digital camara to take good pics.
