Default header question

Does SR 4-2-1 header come with everything you need to install it,or do you need to get a gasket?I know about drilling the 02 sensor.I've finally got cash, and buying it tonight

Yes, it has a hole for the front O2 sensor, I suggest you call Piston Ring and get a High flow Cat, I think it's a Wagner or Warner Cat you want. The 2nd O2 sensor will have to be placed behind that Cat and the O2 Wires will also need to be extended to accomidate the new O2 sensor position.

They make 2.5 and 2.25 sized piping for the cat. Choose your flavor. Talk to Vern @ Minute Muffler on Main for the install. They installed Maurice's Headers and full cat back exhaust, and did a really good job.
And SR includes 1 gasket from your flex pipe to your headers. You should be able to use your existing gasket from your stock exhaust. If not, talk to Robert at Focus to get one.

A word of suggestion:
I would get new piping done,.. I've seen the bottom of your car, looks very hokey will all the welds, and different size piping.
Just my opinion. smile.gif

The OEM cat. cannot be reused because it is welded to the exhaust manifold.

Its a Walker high flow cat that is avaliable at Piston Ring. There about 100 to 150 bux.
Do it proper the first time and it will save you mone in the long run.
