I got the black four into one.. so once I get it.. it is going out the door for some ceramic coating. Jethot has a terrific polished finish that is actually closer to a mirror shine than a chrome.. My engine will breath more free, it will keep the temps down under the hood, and it will look good.. what more do I need?

its interesting cause i also ordered my header from ssautochrome off ebay and i was only of a couple that actually got a 4-1 header and its actually stainless steel..

hey i got my 4-2-1 headers from sharkracing.com they are awesome and the discoloration thing dont worry about it cuase if you go to summitracing.com you can get header rap for it and prevents so much heat to hit the engine. it gives it a little power boost .

HyperracinTib, welcome to the site, but the last post on this thread was over 5 months ago. Most of us are here every day so Please don't bring up every post from when the site started.

The issue has been solved. We've talked about header WRAP before too, do a search about it if you want more info. Header wrap doesn't do what you describe, it keeps the heat inside of the exhaust and keeps the exhaust moving faster. It also keeps engine bay temps lower causing less wear and tear and cooler Air temps for your intake.
