Header install without haveing to lengthen the 2nd O2 sensor
Back when I installed my header the place where I got it done put in a ball flange instead of a flex pipe. That was able to shorten the length needed and thus made it so I didn't need to extend my O2 wire. So how it goes is header to ball flange to highflow cat to O2 sensor. Here are a couple pics that I have. If you want I can get better ones this weekend since I am going to do my brakes. 80,000 on stock brake pads and still meat left on them wink1.gif.
You can see the O2 sensor right in back of the cat:

Im not quite sure of how much exactly, it was done last October. But if I had to say I think around $300 or $400. That included the highflow cat, 2.5" cat-back exhaust, dynomax turbo muffler, ball flange, and labor. They did a really good job on the welds too, so I am happy with it.
