Default header gaskets

Does anyone know if they make a metal header gasket for the tiburon. I am going to change out the headers soon and have heard these are a good idea instead of the stock paper material.

Thanks
JD

The stock gasket is already metal, a two-layer metal actually. The only paper gasket that touches the cylinder head is on the intake side.

Both the "head" gasket and "header" gasket are multilayer metal from the factory, and a Hyundai OEM replacement gasket will be metal if you reorder it from your dealer.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure since most of the cars i've worked on have those crapy paper type gaskets and i have seen aftermarket metal gaskets.

Thanks again
