Default GT cam

Would the GT cam from SR increase horsepower in my 1.8L Elantra or this just the stock cam that is already in my car? Not totally sure, thanx for any info.

the 1.8L intake cam is slightly more agressive then the intake cam in the tibby. And the XD(GT) cam is slightly more agressive the 1.8L Cam

so if you went to a GT cam then you'd probably see a difference but probably not as mutch as a tibby would. If you going the whole CAI/BTB/BIM setup, then the cam would be a good idea.

I'd check to make sure that its compatible with your lantra. It should be tho.

Or you can go here, and join a group buy on the XD cam. The XD cam has a little higher lift and duration than the 1.8L cam.
