Anyone have a pin diagram for the Ford TPS so I can wire it into the stock tps harness?

I've looked around and all it gives me is color code with no help.

cant have that many pins, can it? guessing 3?

test it out with a multimeter. see which two pins have a change in resistnace when you turn the sensor. that will give you the power and signal pins, and it wouldnt matter which was which if the tps is just a potentiometer. the one that doesnt show anything will be ground i'd guess.

but i'm not really sure, so wait for a good answer.

Ford TPS is the following:

Red = Power
Black = GND
Green = Signal

you will need an obd scanner to make sure you have the TPS adjusted to read correctly.

making assumptions on color alone is never a good idea. i would guess brown is ground, g/r is power, and g/w is signal.

but i wouldn't hook it up like that to try.

here's what i've found....
http://www.corral.net/forums/showthread.php?p=7010315

brown w/ white stripe - power to engine sensors or +5V Reference

grey w/ red stripe - sensor signal return or Ground

grey w/ white stripe - TPS sensor or Sensor Signal

A 3 lead TPS is usually just a potentiometer. If you get the center lead correct, the other two are usually swappable.
