Default Fidanza adjustable intake cam sprocket

Hey guys and gals.. I have been talking back and forth with Fidanza on getting an adjustable intake cam sprocket made for the beta (should fit I and II) and was wondering who all would be interested in this.. I know the only option we have now is the rside sprocket and they rarely come up for sale anymore.

I am still trying to find out the details but wanted to put out this feeler and will keep this updated accordingly.

Do not assume it will fit I and II. It won't. There are differences. I had to sell an r-side because I wanted to keep the beta II head and cam.

Are you positive? I just spoke with slow2k2gt, who had one, and he informed me the beta I an II sprockets are the same.

They are not the same. Count me in for a beta2 one.

Hmm.. Some discrepancies here then. I'm talking too another member who swapped a rside sprocket from a beta I to a beta II cam. The only thing I can think of is that is a cvvt sprocket, in which yes, they are different sizes.

See this is strange. This was installed in a beta 1 head with beta 1 cams, when I swapped to beta 2 I swapped the sprocket to the new set of cams.

That is a beta2 cvvt intake next to the rside.

So the beta2 non-cvvt and beta1 are the same? But not the beta2 cvvt?

Drats!

Can still count me in for a beta2 cvvt!

Yes, the beta II cvvt intake cam sprocket is smaller than the beta II non-cvvt and beta I intake cam sprocket. As of right now, I am only talking to them about the beta I/II non-cvvt sprockets since they are the same.

I started to get that feeling but wanted to put it out there anyway.

Looks like I may have one to put up for sale...since I don't know if I'll attempt to go backwards to non-cvvt.

I can def mention it to them but then that'd be another sprocket they'd have to make.
