Default NDRA Drag & NOPI Show - Cordova, IL 6/5-6/6

need help on this?
my speedo is stuck at about 40 kph.. with the car running, it goes (just points) to 60, then 80, then goes back to 40.... it isn't pointing smoothly (as the rpm does)

i tried getting out the speedo sensor at the transmission and no signs of defect.. even put oil to it... the hma said something like a speedo cable but i cant find it in my 97 tib (Philippine version)

checked the harnesses, its good and tight...

should i go on and check the dash? is there a consumer serviceable part in there? thanks

^ I 2nd that question. if you replaced your gauge faces, when putting the needles back on you probably did 2 things: pushed too hard on the needle and didn't put the needle back in the right sequence....

for the life of me, i can't remember if the key has to be on, the car has to be running, or everything off. tibby01 will correct me there.

Maybe.... but I DON'T a real electrical problem expert....

When I take out my dash... I noticed that some "lines" have a brown color. It's mean that it burns...

If you want to do this, do it only If you are with someone that take out the dash before.... because

It's easier...

and

You will get sure on not damage anything...
