If I recall there was also word that SR may sell a better cat-back dual exhaust for the 2003, I seem to remember seeing a pic here but can't find it now.

mabey,our defintion of true duals isnt the same,on my v6 it has the two stock headers,dont know what else to call them,goin to one pipe then the on pipe splits in the end to give me FAKE,duals.i was wondering if it can EASILY,have real headers and two pipes n two cats goin to the back of the car like a mustang or something?

I believe not all cars have true duals. I would see the advantage with a V8 or higher or maybe a high PSI turbo. But with this V6 I don't think the true duals will help that much. Second, the extra cat and pip would add to the weight of 3,000 lbs (not good). Though I will tell you are right about the current exhaust sucking! Their coming out with a replacement that will make it ALOT better. If you want to reduce weight, go single exhaust. I am sure it wouldn't be hard.
