you had the CEL before you extended the 02 sensor. Your ecu needed some time to make sure everything was OK. After driving for a while, your ecu realized everything was easy peazy,... so it shut the CEL off.
For the future search function astronauts. Resetting the ECU, via the fuse or just disconnecting the negative side of the battery for a brief 10 secs will clear the CEL and give you a fresh new start. Just incase you are paranoid. If it doesnt come back on,... your alright mate. If it does,... go to the help forum
