I was driving home today and I notice my CEL is on, and my temp gauge is all the way hot, I was pretty close to home so I got home and popped the hood, it sounded like the anti-freeze was boiling, or something was boiling while the car was off, any ideas on what's goin on? I recently put in obx radiator hoses, and there was a little leakage, then I tightened the clamps and none since, could I just have lost too much then and I need to add some? thanks

Yep thats most likely the problem, when you did the hoses an air pocket gets trapped and prevents the water from moving at its best, its characterized by unexplained overheating although your coolant level is or appears to be full.

Search burping if you dont know how to do it.

I searched and couldn't find a really clear cut explanation...so I just take of the radiator cap, and then have the car running and it should burp out all the air itself? Also I should be able to see the fluid correct? Like it should be filled all the way up to the cap? Thanks

pretty much, you can also give the bottom radiator hose a few squeezes to get everything moving.

Yes the fluid should be right up to the top. when airbubbles come out the level will drop and you fill it back up.
