Boring out the TB is easy. Making a new butterfly to fit the new larger bore TB is hard. wink Contact OnPol and see if the machine shop he uses has experience with Daewoo TB's. From what I have seen, they are fairly similar to the Accent and Tiburon/Elantra TB's, so I'm fairly sure they could bore it out for you. Ditto for the Intake manifold. I've even got a junkyard near me with a couple of trashed Lanos's, so I could pick up a TB/IM for you (you pay) and ship it to Onpol.
For the ECU programming, I don't reccomend that you attempt this yourself unless you REALLY know what you are doing, and unless you have a dyno at your disposal. There's just no way to tell from "the seat of your pants" if the mods/changes you are doing are working without the dyno data to show you. If done wrong, you can really screw up your engine.
