That's your HLA's then for sure.

Go check your oil level again. If the noise is going away at higher RPM's, then they may have finally filled up, but your oil level could now be low.

HLA's aren't exactly free from the dealership, but they are only a moderate-skill DIY if you want to replace them yourself.
