I don't know what to recommend you, but I do know that www.sharkracing.com have them for around $50 each.

We had a kit created by Hose Techniques that was put on Jaws021's car. He has some pictures of it. I kinda thought it was pricey for what you get but if you are looking for the exotic colors they are the only ones i know of that offer them. If you are looking for just red, blue, yellow you can buy one of those universal Akimoto kits from jcwhitney or some place like that.

Depends on how much of a prick your dealer is. In theory...yes. just keep your stock hoses and return them to stock if you ever have a problem.

But, what if I am not having a prob, just going in for a tuneup or something, do I need to change all the hoses back?

I think that might fall into the "prick level" of the service tech. I've gone in for general maintenance on my Tib (occasional cylinder misfires), and I have one of the bright purple Barney throttle bodies, a cone filter, NGK plugs, and strut tower braces on my car. No one's said anything about their presence, so I guess I'm in the clear.
